Common Questions
Where is my progress saved?
All your puzzle progress, artwork, and gems are saved locally on your device. No account or internet connection is needed.
Can I transfer my progress to another device?
Currently, progress is stored locally and cannot be transferred between devices. We're working on this for a future update.
The app is running slowly
Try closing other apps to free up memory. Artpiece works best with at least 2GB of available RAM.
I lost my progress
If you cleared your browser data or reinstalled the app, local data may have been removed. Unfortunately, this cannot be recovered.
